I’m really excited to read this #OCD book. I think I’ll benefit from concrete techniques for changing how I process thoughts. Some aspects of my life, I…well, I’ve retyped this over and over trying to understand how to articulate how it works in my mind…some aspects I grip too tightly with the obsessive function of my mind, and I need to be loosened and freed in those areas. It’s been pretty good for a long time, but there are still things I want to improve. Thus, the book in the photo!
